Problems with My projecta screen installed for my IN76 projector

Hi
I had the 92 inch PSWPC007 screen installed yesterday along with my IN76projector in the ceiling...

Last night when i went to put the screen away, it's got stuch and will not go back up. You can pull it down but it at the end point now.

is there a special way of doing this????

Surely the screen should go back when you pull the cord??

Please can anyone advise / help ?
