Problems with LNB?

Hi guys.

A couple of weeks ago my Compro S350 sat tuner card popped in my PC so I bought a new one.

Fitted the new one and was unable to pick up any type of signal through the sky dish.

Bought a new quad LNB which I fitted and was fine for a few hours and then lost all signal again.

Tried all 4 leads coming from the LNB and got the same result on each one.

Any ideas?

you could have an electrical fault on something else on the PC or anything connected.

I have also tried the sky hd box and also get no signal at all.

Just seems weird to be working OK for a few hours then go off.

a duff psu on a sky box can do it


you could have a short on a lead
