Anyone had problems with the Jurassic Park Disk in the Jurassic Park/Lost World box set?
I can't play chapter 13 on the disk.
If you try to play it, it jumps to chapter 14, or 12.
If the disk is playing, it freezes at the end of chapter 12.
Everything else is fine and the Lost World disk is fine.
I've had the disk exchanged with the same results.
And yes, I can play Gladiator etc. with no problems.
    Ideas anyone?

    Rich,

You don't state if you own the R1 or R2 versions. However, I'm guessing that it is Region 2. It sounds as if you have a faulty disc from a bad batch, which must have all beeen processed at the same time!

The only way to rectify this, is to go back to the vendor you purchased it from, and get a full refund, and clearly state why. If necessary, quote the Sale Of Goods Act at them... "The products or items purchased, must be as described and or merchantable quality." Sadly, your boxed set sounds as if it it is neither!

Best of luck in getting a refund.

    Cheers Pooch.

    You're correct, it's region 2.

Disk came from Woolworth's, so I don't envisage any problems getting a refund.
I'll try getting another copy from a different store.

    Mmmmm?

I've managed to get the disk to play in my computer's DVD - after several crashes, it must be said.
I suspect the disk is "borderline".
