Problems with Jabra headset and D500

Have followed the instrutctions and linked the Jabra headset to the D500 headset.

It works fine when I call out, but when I receive a call it doesn't ring in the headset and if I answer it on the phone the sound doesn't come through the head set.

Any ideas?
