problems with eye one lt

hi,
just got the above and despite following the "greyscales for dummies" insruction i cannot get the ildiagnostics file to go to the hcfr file so when iask hcfr to calibrate the eye one it tells me the .dll file does not exist in the hcfr file................help.

Assuming that you installed the diagnostics from the Xrite website and accepted the defaults you should have a file called eyeone.dll in C:\Program Files\X-Rite\i1Diagnostics, copy that .dll to the C:\Program Files\ColorHCFR directory.
