Problems with DVD playback on iPod with Clone DVD Mobile and Moyea

I've been using trial versions of CloneDVD Mobile and Moyea to put DVDs onto my iPod, but I've had problems with lipsynch one DVD with CloneDVD (there's no problem when I play it on my normal system). With the Moyea, I got distorted sound on loud parts of the DVD soundtrack.

Has anyone else experienced these issues, or know a way to resolve them?
