I am having problems receiving delivery of dvd's from play.com, both of the dvd's i have ordered recently from them have gone missing, fair play to play.com for sending a replacement, but even these are as to date taking longer than the 3 - 5 days it usually takes. even more surprising as the gamecube game i ordered from them turned up within the 3-5 days. anyone have any idea what might have happened? it just seems strange that only dvds go missing but games turn up?

Don't Play send out games by recorded delivery where as DVD's are sent via normal post? Maybe your postie has just got a new DVD player :nono:

If the postie is pinching them maybe he saw the £££ on the package and knew it was a game so didn't bother.
