Problems with connection to Live

Hi,
Every time I try logging into my live account- it keeps say's your console can't connect to xbox live. Do you want to exit this and test your network connection? When I go into test network connection, the test works fine.

Any idea's what could be wrong?

Could just be Xbox Live is busy? I have found this on a couple of occasions... then tried it later then it works.

does every single one of the connection tests say "ok"?

edit:assuming you use a router to connect to the internet, trying turning it off and on. It may have disconnected and re-synced at a speed to slow for XBL.
