We had sky+ installed a week ago,sky activated sky sports and 4 packs but have been unable to activate the sky+ recording function,its being looked into,has anyone had this problem,and what resolved it?
I too had this problem and when i tried to phone that number i was on hold for 1hr.
Basically this is your problem hopefully:
Like on mine they had the wrong card details setup if you have multiroom especially most mistakes are by the installer putting the new card in the new sky+ unit when in fact the current original card needs to go into the sky+
Hope this helps it took them 4 hours to work it out
