Hi, bought a Toshiba SD330E yesteday & I'm either having problems setting it it up or it's faulty. Plugged it in using component video leads & the picture scrolls/rolls when the film is being played. It does this for say 1/2 a second then you get a proper picture for a second or so then is rolls again, it is fairly inconsistant though. It works fine when using the on screen set up & also on "some" static screens i.e the menu screen on Austin Powers. It's a Multi region player & I've tried both R1 & R2 disks & also tried connecting via S-Video, composite & Scart as well.

If it helps the TV is a 42" Plasma Hyundai which I also connect a Philips DVD recorder without any problems.

    Cheers

    Dave

Small update, some software works & some dosen't....

Either rolling or maybe 2 images on screen a few pixels apart so looks fuzzy are:

    Austin Powers R2
    Dragon R2
    Hard Rain R1

    Seems to work fine are:

    Bugs Life R2
    Collateral Damage R2
Bill & Teds Bogus Journey R2

Any thoughts before I speak to supplier/Toshiba?
