Hi!
I have a NAS synology DS413j and a LG OLED 65B7V

i want to view my files (photos and videos) om my tv.

i go to the app photos and videos and i can see three folders: music video photo.
On the NAS i have all my photos and videos in the same folder ”photo”. Catalogized in different years and so on..

But the problem is that on the LG When i look in the folder called photos (where everything is place) only the photos shows. The video-filés isnt there :(
When on a computer it shows correct, and with the ps4 it shows correct. But not on LG.
Anyone can help me?

The default DLNA server on Synology keeps them separate by default.

You must go into the Syno DSM find the indexing control panel settings and set the photo folder as a video folder as well, that should do it.

I have a DS212+ which is currently running DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 2, the 'Media Indexing' option can be found by visiting: Control Panel -> Indexing Service -> Media Indexing

Cheers
