I have a two year old Samsung Galaxy A20e. Occasionally I switch it off to conserve the battery. On two occasions recently I've been unable to turn it back on by pressing the button on the side. The only way to boot it up is to plug into the charger, wait a few minutes, then press the button. The phone still has a significant amount of charge left when I reboot it.
Has anyone else come across this problem. Apart from never switching off the phone, is there a way to avoid it?
