Problem with On Demand

Sky HD box. When I navigate to On Demand all that is available is Showcase with 10 items. I can't see Catch Up, Sky Store etc. Any ideas?

Local connection OK
Service connection OK
IP Address etc. etc.
DHCP ON

Planner rebuild sorted mine out. Wondering if it was the new software downloaded last week that messed it up.

I have had the same trouble.

Even though it said that the network connection was ok I reset it and it fixed it
