My sons monitor has just started to display a cross of what seems dead pixels across the whole width and length of the screen, the horizontal line is white and the vertical is blue. Is present on all inputs.
The set is less than 1yr old but I believe at the time of purchase the warranty was 3yrs swap out.
LG have said I will be contacted by their service agent shortly.
question is will the unit be swapped out or repaired? Not keen on getting repair as the monitor not lasted a year!!
Any experiences with lg support?
