Unpacked and set up yesterday, no problems, until I started testing it out. I noticed that when watching a film the bottom right hand corner of the black bars very slightly curved upward I also noticed it on the Sky banners when they appear.

    Can anyone help/offer advice?

    Hey Shack

I have the same problem but in the lower left quadrant. I have a 6mm drop between the centre and left edge of the screen. It is basically totally unacceptable but after 1x letters, one engineer and 2 months hassle I am still trying to get the set replaced/refunded... Toshiba specifications allow 6-8mm tollerence on geometry so there is nothing wrong with my set:(

I just hope your retailer is more understanding/helpful than mine...

    Oh yeah, nearly forgot...

The local Tosh Service Centre checked with Tosh and there are NO options in either of the Service Menu's to adjust the geometry in these areas of the screen... Apparantly it is set up by computer to the best possible settings:(
