Just bought a new DVD Recorder (Samsung DVD R125) with a HDMI connection. It works! At least it plays DVD'S no problem with the HDMI lead connected and the Pioneer Plazma set to "Dynamic" The problem I have is getting the DVD Recored to tune into the TV stations, at present it can't find any. The Media Box for the Plazma has an RF lead which is presently linked to itself and the TV Ariel is also plugged into the media box (We don't have Sky and the sound goes into my Cambridge Azor Amp).
The only reason I bought this DVD recorder was to record off the TV rather than to watch DVD's as we already have a hi spec player, does anyone know how I can get this DVD Recorder to pick up the TV Stations without having to put the TV arial directly into DVD Recorder?
Would be grateful of any help or suggestions....
