Problem getting Jabra bluetooth headset working with iPhone 3gs

Hi all I have an iPhone 3gs, and a Jabra bluetooth headset. I want to get the two working together and I'm not sure how. I have the headset on with a blue light flashing, and then I turn bluetooth on in the iphone, and it says "now discoverable" but it doesn't find any devices.

I tried turning both devices off and back on again but that didn't help. I've tried searching for solutions but I couldn't find anything.

Please help if possible. Thanks!

i think they are all the same when u switch the jabra on keep it pressed in for about 5 or 6 secs,then switch your bluetooth on your iphone then press connect ifbit asks for a code its 0000

Hi! That worked!!! Thank you so much that was really kind.

I had to turn the little headset off and on a few times, and I think on the third time, it worked If you hold the little button down like you said, for about 5 seconds after it gets turned on, the light turns solid blue. And then it popped up on my iPhone. It then let me click to connect and I typed 0000 and bingo
