Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me sort out my audio problem.
I have a Media Centre PC with an Asus P5B-VM mATX mobo to which I've added an optional spdif bracket allowing me to connect to the subwoofer on my surround speakers via coax.
I use PowerDVD to play movies (dvd's and vfilms in Media Centre) and all works fine if I have this set to two speakers. However if I set it to 5.1 I lose sound from the centre speaker, ie the dialogue.
Currently I have no idea whether this is due to a software setting I need to make or whether I have to enable something in the bios. Does anyone have any clue how I can fix this?
Many thanks.
