ProAc 5.1 with Denon AVR 2310

I am honing on on a 5.1 system based on Proac surround speakers. I have the ProAc D15s as FrontL and FrontR driven by an Arcam A32. I am looking to add Proac Response Satellites and a response Centre. My thinking is to get the Denon 2310 to drive the sorrounds and to run the pre-outs to the A32 to let it continue driving the L & R.
Am I making a mistake here? Is the Denon 'good' enough for the ProAcs? I don't really want to spend that much more but would be prepared to in order to avoid a complete mismatch.
Any thoughts are appreciated!

Would the AVR500 or AVR600 be overkill with those ProAc speakers? That would help to eliminate the need for the Arcam A32 to run the fronts.
