    On the one hand, I think that prisoners should have the opportunity to work (not enforced)

    On the other hand, I don't like seeing private companies skirt minimum wage rules and hiring convicts removes available jobs for the public.

    I love the way the prisoners were security checked.

    yep this guy passes, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't commit a crime :D

    i guess this is an odd one. inmates have worked for years doing stuff (making clothing or working for factories) but im not sure this is a good sector for them to work in.

    im all for rehabilitation but this does smell of min-wage beating opportunism by G4S, who are always to be trusted arent they? :facepalm:

    i would guess that the cons are enhanced (well behaved) and would be checked to see they havent got any theft related convictions.
