Its robbing me of my time at the moment but whatever I try I can not get the eductaion / teaching things to work

Have classrooms, have workshops

Have work time assigned

Have people "interested" in courses I have available and meet requirements
People show up in location (workshop etc) and people show up as teaching / learning but NOBODY ever passes

Am I missing something ?

Maybe your prisoners are just a bunch of fudge wits?

I can't find it but I read somewhere there is a very low percentage chance of a prisoner being reformed. You must be doing well because it also said they've got to be quite happy to even take up the courses.
