Prices to good to be true usually are??

Im a believer of the above phrase so would like a little help. Im looking at buying a Canon 550D with 18-55 and 55-250 lenses and noticed bignorman.com have it at £620 far cheaper than anywhere else. I know they ship from Gibraltor which excludes me from the canon cashback offer but they ship with a uk charger, cables, manuals etc. So why wouldn't i buy from them, any horror stories etc??

I was looking for a lens on Amazon the other day and I noticed "Big Norman" was selling it through Amazon.

They were one of the cheapest sellers but only had 96 sales over the past 12 months and only an 84% positive rating.

Since most sellers on Amazon seem to have a 100% or thereabouts rating, it put me off. Not had any personal experience with them myself though.

Well i took a punt and ordered my camera last Thursday and it arrived on the Tuesday, even within a 1hr courier time slot (recieved via text message)! Very happy with the purchase so i can only have positive feedback using Big Norman. I'll be using them for my lenses now

Just looking at their Canon lenses, they dont seem that cheap.
