Pricejapan - experiences?

Hi,

was wondering if any of you have dealt with pricejapan for getting new lamps to your projector(s)?

They seem to have the best prices by far, even including shipping. What I wonder mostly is what kind of guarantee and delivery time they have. Anybody who has personal experience with this?

In my experience they have excellent after sales service. Very prompt to reply to emails and even replaced a lamp for me that was out of warranty. Just be sure to add on VAT that may be charged when the lamp arrives at your country. I was lucky in that I did not get charged VAT.

I second that. Not managed to avoid the VAT though.
