The recent storms blew the aerial right off side of house where it was attached and stuck up over old unused chimney. It is now bent in many places on concrete nearly hitting the car!

Sorry to hear of your problem, but I don't think that's what davemurgatroyd2 had in mind when he asked for more details! :)
 
Here in Leicestershire I was charged £80 just to have my chimney-mounted aerial turned round to make use of a different transmitter. I would guess you're looking at a minimum of £150 for a new installation.
