I'm getting fed up with listening to the pre-recorded messages when you ring sky regarding sky+ faults. It seems that given I've had sky+ in now for a little over 5 weeks and out of that only 2 of which my box has worked ... and that I've had one replacement box and an attempt at replacing a second time, yet the engineer didn't have one because pace supposedly aren't making them fast enough ... yet this problem is quite frequent I'm advised by both sky customer service employees and also the two engineers who came out to my house. Makes me more determined to take the skycare warranty. Anyone else had a similar problem(s) ? ... must add though that sky+ have been very helpful, totally opposite to past experience of sky digital.
