    DEar colleagues:

Is there any problem in connecting an A/V front speakers preouts to line levels of an stereo amp? I see it is a typical configuration for a lot of people to get the best of Home Cinema and Stereo worlds, but ...

Line level inputs voltage: 140 mV
    Pre-out outputs: 3-4 volt .

Any saturation problem could occur with this ???

    Thanks !

That's a big difference, the docs for my preamp state :-

    Preamp Output Level - 1.2 V (200 mV Input)

Which implies an output of 1.2V is suitable for a 200mV Input on the power amp, so it would seem it's fine but I don't know how, any techies explain this ?
