Premier CS5 settings to output for DVD

Active Member
I'm currently doing a DVD for a kids school play. Footage is recorded in HD in Pal widescreen 50i. AVCHD 1920 x1080 M2T files. (which are just imported)

There isn't masses of clips or rendering involved and the total record time is only 50 minutes. I've tried to output at the same settings as the footage. Encoding time is ridiculously long (12 hours). But since the final format is going to be DVD and I have zoomed in, in a couple of places (to remove the heads off some of the kids who kept popping up in the way!)

What is the best output format I should picking?

The final DVD output will be created In encore if that makes a difference?

Need to get this done my Monday... I'm sure my editing and encoding was never this difficult before!
