Prem + HD has been going since HD started. It just says programmes starting on xx date because that's when the next match is.
As for the other 2...can't help you - sorry.

Well the only way your get to see that is via HD DVD - becuse Sky don't have a deal with Warner to show stuff in HD...you may have also noticed that films like Batman Begins, Superman Returns, Phantom Of The Opera as well as HP&TGOF are all missing in HD and are all Warner titles.
