I'd struggle to make other nights the week before as I'm off to see friends.

So 19th works for me or post boxing day I guess.

Happy to sit out if there is the consensus on another night.

mr2's are D I think to start with so would be a combination of a few long and short style tracks and some bhp bumps to make them fun - i.e. not a racing / sim spec event

What you trying to say?

Put me down as a maybe, I'm not sure if and when I'll be able to get on between now and the new year.

*hugs JZ*

I'm innocent guv! - I meant the MR2 is probably dog slow to start with so the idea would be to bump them up to get them sideways, not to have an ultra racing spec as I imagine they would be a nightmare on S class.

All racing is fun!

I'll try and jump on for an hour tonight before drinks and knock a up a pi limit and car list.

mr2, mx5, ???

The little sports cars can be quite good fun. I thought about doing a Lotus Elise vs Vauxhall/Opel VX220 night at some point, but I think they are b or c class.

I'll try and keep them relatively low key then as I like the sound of your night also. The GT5 elise night was a cracker.

Feel free to use them if they fit in with your idea. I wasn't planning anything official.

I can probably do this. I like the lower class racing, speed isn't everything and with well matched cars it can be great fun.

Should be ok for this, as long as we start racing circa 9pm. A word of caution, Ian (DJ Jan 47) has an uncanny nack for these types of car, he beats me every time we race the lower classes. Either that or im s***e!

Great stuff chaps. I think we have enough to kick this off an make it happen.

I've updated the first post. Both cars are E-spec to start with and with some sports upgrade come in to D spec so I've tried to keep them balanced with a bit of tinker room.

I've done 4 laps in each around hockenheim naitional and went 1.52, 1.51, 1.50xx in both so hope they are close enough to keep it interesting. They are in the AVGT garage for those who want to run some tests.

I'll be using both on the night no need for teams just turn up and give them some welly!

let me know what you think, any short track preferences? These are painfully slow compared to the DTM's :)
