When I try to reduce the Refresh rate of my Radeon 9600 over DVI to my Plasma, (with Powerstrip) at somewhere between 60Hz and 50Hz there’s a jump and then the right quarter of the screen is given over to a splurge of the last column of pixels.

Resolution is set to 1024X768 (but Pio says it’s getting 1280X768 ??).
Isn’t this Pio meant to be able to do this?
I’ve tried different FRC Modes. Bizarely it only enables differing refresh rates in Mode 1 (when folk here say that’s only meant to happen in Mode 2).
For me Mode 1 allows the most flexibility. Mode 2 is forever saying its out of range and disables PinP.
