I had a despatch email from them an hour ago for an order of 7 LEs placed on 9 Nov. I'm still waiting for despatch of an earlier order, placed on 8 Nov, but it includes Bloody Terror: The Shocking Cinema of Norman J Warren, 1976-1987, so perhaps they are checking that it contains the V2 discs. :)

Not much in the sale for me:

Young Winston has been in their 3fer£30 for months (with Birdy too surprisingly).

Ordered Irreversible to get free delivery (over £50.00) so that'll delay my entire orde. No particular rush here.

Regretting not jumping on the Hammer sets 2 and 3 now but still couldn’t be tempted by Vol 5......still, grabbed these to tide me over until Columbia Noir #3 is out.......

I went a bit overboard this time with 20 titles including 3 boxsets.

They have Sinbad LE back in stock as a website exclusive but not dual format this time.

Also, there was a rumour of a HarryHausen complete set but maybe thats not true now there's a Sinbad LE reissue?

I do wonder whether people buy films because they are on a certain label rather than the actual films in question... ;)
I'm definitely guilty of blind buying a lot with indicator and so far so good. But I did this for a brief period with Arrow and that definitely didn't work out as they started releasing some questionable titles

I see they've extended the sale until midday on Monday 1 November.

Got my stuff:

Never seen Walter Hill's Geronimo or Psyche 59.

2 disc replacements cases went out of stock as I was checking out and if you use your Points it removes that from the total for free shipping -bit disappointing that but I can always find something of interest.

Sadly, I have almost run out of shelf space, and I have also run out of walls on which to fit additional shelving, so I had to limit my purchases to DVD upgrades.

Had my trigger finger on £100 of spending -and it's all gone a bit Pete Tong.

Sounds like they've been digging in their skips.

No fault of Powerhouse, but it was a damp squib for me personally, since I already have the two Harryhausen sets, the Warren set, and the standard editions of the three Sinbad films. Not to worry: Earlier, I had been perusing the 5 for £40 offer, but I held off until details of the new sale were available. I already had lots of the 5 for £40 films, but amongst the films I did not have, I identified 2 definites, 2 probables, and 20 possibles. In the old days, I would have gone for 20, but I'll have to limit myself to ten. As I've mentioned before, lack of shelf space is a problem. My DVD repackaging campaign freed up more space, but I don't want to fill it up straight away. Unlike IGC, I don't have a Tardis. :)
