Powered Sub & Satellite recommendations?

As the title suggests - can anyone recommend any good POWERED sub & satellite (2 channel) combos?

What kind of price?
Acoustic energy Aego2 @ £100 (No seperate amp needed)
Elac Cinema2 x2 and Rel Quake @ about £500 (needs amp)
Kef KHT2001 x2 + sub @ about £500+ (needs amp)

Price not really an issue as long as it's a powered set-up.
