power dvd hddvd subtitles

hi just finished building my system ,have installed x box 360 hd drive and downloaded power dvd to play films. very happy with quality but i can`t get rid of subtitles , instructions says it automatically plays them but don`t see how to turn off , tried cycling them but only goes to spanish ,french,english but no off , any help .
