Ok my 27 Samsung is ready for wall mounting.
Cables run through and mounting plate set up.

Try it on and the bloody Power connector is so big the TV wont sit flush.

What is the usual way round this?
    Side entry Eurosocket???

    Not sure about the eurosocket...?
Are you able to create more space directly behind the connection to the TV by opening up a hole in the plasterboard or recessing the wall..?

could do, but it is a solid wall and will require a fair bit of hacking..

Seems really stupid to sell these tvs with these powercables.

My Samsung came with a right-angled power connector.
