I have to post my Denon 2802 and I was going to use ParcelForce, as I couldn't really think of who else to use, what are my options, any recommendations or horror stories??

Any info would be much appreciated as its got to go tomorrow to its new owner..

    Cheers

    Ryan :smashin:

There's a Sticky in the classifieds section which is all about couriers.

Thanks for the info, I've checked the thread in the Classifieds section and some horror stories there and plenty of people with not too many good things to say about parcelflash, so I've gone with Parcelforce... Hopefully it'll be problem free, a bit more expensive than I wanted but I didn't want to skimp on the insurance, but almost doubled the price just to up the insurance from the basic £150 cover :( damn knew I should have asked for more for my 2802!

Actually rscott, Parcelflash tend to subcontract Parcel Force - i.e. the problems with parcel flash are really problems with parcel force.

Seems like you can win these days but at least dealing with Royal Mail/Parcel Force directly you can be assured they will honour claims.

    That's true.
Every time I booked a job with Parcel Flash it was the same Parcel Force guy that came to collect it.
Perversely though it's cheaper with Parcel Flash and they collect from your house which is perfect for idle buggers like me...:)

Well everything seems to be going well, Parcelforce collected exactly on time today, the tracking number shows the correct information, so up to now all spot on! :smashin:

I've got my 3803 arriving tomorrow (hopefully) delivered by Omega via Parcel2go, hopefully all will go well with that too...
