Anyone know if there is a way to limit the Video app to 1080p when streaming HDR content? While the picture looks excellent at 4k, I get more juddering than when streaming 1080p.

For instance, it would be great if I could watch The Grand Tour with HDR @ 1080p.

It seemingly switches based on bandwidth after it initially starts streaming a show, so maybe it would be possible to throttle the network bandwidth to the TV. However my current router doesn't support per device throttling (or DD-WRT), so I can't do that without extra cost.
