I have just bought an Onkyo SR605 ... I'm in the process of setting it up but ... how on earth do u remove the little plugs from the speaker terminals so I can plug my banana plugs in?

    Cheers

twist the end of a screw into the cap and it should just pull out

Sorted, I stuck a screw into it and twisted.

I cant get my PS3 to output sound now though and the image has speckles appearing all over it :(

    There's too many options :(

Sorted the sound ... just the speckles annoying me now, they come and go. I have an LCD TV, unshielded speakers/subs dont affect these do they?
