Hi, can anyone help me with this problem?

I have a Buffalo Linkstation Pro and can access it from any device within my home network. The problem is that I cant access it using WebAccess from outside of my network.

I have uPnP enabled but this doesn't seem to make it work. I need to manually forward a port on my Sky Sagem router to the Linkstation and I have tried this many times using various guides but to no avail. This router seems quite complicated compared to my old Netgear router.

Has anyone here set this up and how did you do it? The Buffalo manual mentions that the Linkstation uses an internal port 9000 (whatever that means).

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi There,

Did you find a solution to the linkstation web access problem through the sky router.

I have just set up a linkstation live and am having the same problem.
