    Marillion,

I've had similar problems with a recent dvd-a (it won't play the hi-res & pcm stereo tracks). Still haven't been able to resolve it. Another nail in the coffin for dvda?

I know there was some problems in early DVD-A machines and also in older DVD-V machines where certain layers could not be read or having intermittent problems on them.

I had a Toshiba DVD-V player a few back (given to my parents) that would have great difficulty playing the DD or DTS layers unless the tracks were selected individually.

    What machines do you have?

hi Kenny, I'm using Yamaha gear, the s520 dvd and rv-v630rds amp, I'm listening to track 12 now but only in stereo, bugger, should i send it back to 'play' for a replacement?
    Are you a marillion fan?
