Am I the only person who thinks that the Shrek transfer is quite poor?, even my wife described it as flat and she never normally says anything about PQ. A few of the dark scenes exhibit compression artefacts and EE is evident though out the film. Sound is OK, even good in places, but some of the scenes don't reach the highs that they should. An example of this is the dragon towering over Donkey in the castle, this scene exhibits blocking artefacts and the sound also sounds compressed. I do love the film though. I have only watched the widescreen version so the fullscreen might be better.

I'm using a high res DLP projector fed by a PC running PowerDVD XP. The transfer is OK but poor compared to Toy Story 2. It probably looks great on a TV.

I wasnt impressed with the transfer either, the colours didnt seem as vivid as say Toy Story. I was expecting something to really impress but it just didnt.

Im using a 32" sony and dvd.
