Poor Poor Wireless Signal

Hi All,

I brought a Moto Xoom this afternoon and for some unknown reason it just will not connect to the sky router.

The Xoom has 1 bar signal and tells me connectivity is poor. I am literally 3ft away from the router. Every other device in the house connects to it fine, phones, laptops etc etc.

I have added the mac address to skys setup list but still nothing.

any ideas?

From what you have said it sounds like the problem is likely with the xoom rather than the router

Can the Xoom pick up any neighbours wifi's (assuming the other devices can see some)?

If not the problem is likely to be with the device.
