Just had sky + installed and the picture using a magic eye setup to the tv in the itchen is very poor. its a 17" lcd screen i have had it connected up to a normal aerial and picture is fine that way but when its connected though to sky the picture is fuzzy. what is the frequency that it should pick up sky on??

The box that has been installed is an amstred box, i ask for a pace one after reading threads on the forum is engineer is coming back today with a pace box will this sort the problem out??

I presume the Sky box is connected to your main TV in the lounge or somewhere? Is the pic on that TV OK? How have you connected the sky box to the kitchen TV?

I think it is defaulted to 68. It can be changed via the services menu 401 select from there gets you to a engineers menu which allows you to change the RF output settings. Try changing this to a channel which is free from noise/interfernce on your TV. Sometimes works.
