I read a poor review for this TV.
I can't recall where (I read so much stuff), but I do recall they said it handled motion badly and had a lot of picture noise.
In fact, I recall 'they' said that if it was all you could afford, you would be better off buying a smaller, but better, set.

Ok thanx  seems to be one to avoid, also been looking at the
Samsung 42" PS42A416 HD Ready Digital Plasma

Think I'LL maybe go with this one, safer with the better make.
Thanx for you're help CHEERS.

so does that jsut mean it has trouble with processing compressed streams?

would it therefore not have these issues with moving images from a game?

i really just want the TV for PC games, and it has to be 1080p so i can browse the web too (my 720p samsung does not meet my needs for this)

also, do 1080p TVs generally accept a signal at 60fps but only display at 30fps? or would it depend on the model? naturally 30fps would not be enough for games
