    6 for the movie! How dare you! ;)

    Must admit I love this film, it was this that made me take up skydiving!:)

    My dts edition has a slightly "bloated" edge to the bass too (R1), though I've literally only spun the opening credits and of course....that freefall sequence. Must watch it again:)

    How does this compare to the DTS american edition, i must admit i have a soft spot for this film :)

    it is possibly the best action film of that era imho ;) 6 your having a laugh mate :mad: :lease: :p

    It's not often I feel the need to post in this type of thread, and I realise that everyone is entitled to their opinion - but I absolutely love this movie. It is one of my all time favorites and I never tire of watching it... be it the awesome surfing and skydiving scenes to the great chase on foot between Utah and Bodhi.

    I would definately like to see a direct picture/sound comparison between this and the DTS R1 and this to see if an upgrade is in order.

    [Sigh], if it wasn't so late I would go and put it on right now...

    Ok, seeing as there are at least two people who have asked the question, i will try and source the R1 DTS disc from our supplier and do a comparison review.

    I have the Reg 1 dts edition and the bass is quite over powering a bit similair to Jaws dts Reg 1.
    but I have to agree it is a good movie :clap:
