I asked this in the last podcast thread but thought I’d ask it here to have it fresh for tomorrow’s.
Does the Nov -> Nov cycle of the Editors Choice awards ever leave you wishing a product from a previous year could have stayed on the list? ... Basically when you know that the products you reviewed this year weren't quite as good as a product from a previous year? and if so what is one / are some that have held up really well?

First ep with Maggie I thought was too much of a caricature then realised there’s no other way to ‘do’ her. An excellent season well worth watching.

"I'm conflicted as I fancy Gillian Anderson but she is playing Margaret Thatcher..." 😂😂

Just wondering if Ed's "Sounds of Norway" included my all time favourite multi instrumental / harmony / totally brilliant girl group Katzenjammer. Check out YT to be convinced.. Guitars, banjos, uke's, keyboards, drums, balalaika, accordion, four part harmonies, etc, etc, and plenty of humour. .. and they ALL play ALL of those instruments quoted, and several more, btw. No other band can do this, as far as I am aware. That's why they are recognised as the best girl group ever, by those in the know.. ( PS: They look Nordically beautiful, as well ! )

Was a short visit this week as I skipped the awards section, but thanks for a fun ride with the rest of it, Chaps!

Thanks for the Pody.

I also had a crush on Magi in my teenage years. My Mum used to complain about me going through so many tissue boxes.

Must. Purge. The Memory. Of. Reading. That.

When I hear "Sounds of Finland" I think of the excellent movie "Heavy Trip" - well worth a watch.
