I have a toshiba e570 pocket PC which I'd like to utilise as remote for my home cinema.

Has anybody got any experience with any of the remote control software packages available for pocket pc 2002?? I've lost the remote for my Sony processor so ideally I'd like to be able to install commands for specific devices...

    Cheers.

    have a look at www.pdawin.com

I use it with my iPaq (and a CF IR booster), but to be honest don't like it too much, plus my PDA is used a lot for work so I need to keep 2 remotes on the go for when I'm not home.

You could always run the Pronto Emulator, try Remote Central.
