Plex Media Server on Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019) on BT Smart Hub

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Plex Media Server on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019). I have the latest BT Smart Hub (6).

When I try to manage the folders on my desktop PC, it come up with the attached picture. Does anyone know how I can rectify?

You don't need to worry about connecting the app to the shield unless you have content on the shield. You just need on your PC/Mac the Plex software, sign in, point plex to your content once you have a server set up. Then on the Shield you only need to have the app installed and sign into your account. You may need reboot the shield, but that is it...it can be a bit of a faff.
