Please recommed a budget graphics card!

Hi

I am looking to upgrade my Dell Inspiron desktop, so that I can watch HD movies at 1080p through it on my 42inch TOSHIBA LED TV.

The Dell is 3 years old running Windows 7 and is currently just using the original integrated graphics accelerator that came with it.

I would be very grateful for any recommendations for a budget graphics card that would do the job.

I had a look at the 7870 but it was around the £200 mark. I have now ordered a 6450 for £30.
