As the forum rules state Goods sold remain THE VENDOR'S responsibility until RECEIVED by the buyer it is important to ensure your steelbooks are packed well to avoid any damage in transit.

What happens to your steelbook once it arrives at the post office?

Why you should go OTT on packaging your steelbooks

Thanks to [email protected]@ for this.

It is a good idea to post your steelbook packed in bubble wrap in a small postage box.

It is also good practice to take a picture of your steelbook before packing so you can prove the condition it was in before you posted it.

Also take the time to photograph your packing. It will be a lot less hassle if you need to make a claim from Royal Mail if you can evidence the damage.

If you have bought a steelbook and the packing it arrives in looks like it has been used as a football in the sorting office, again, take a picture of the damage before opening. This will assist the seller in making a claim for the damage.

Thanks and happy steelbook trading.
