I'm sorry to now have posted this twice (can't change the title of 1st thread).

I need any guess at a fair value for my Mordaunt-Short MS55Ti floorstanders (black ash). Chap who is interested has no idea how much they're worth, and can't really afford much, but knowing I could sell them on ebay, I don't want to let them go for a tenner.
Owned since new, in 1988. 2* 193mm & 19mm titanium cone. 90dB for 1 watt input at 1 metre. 8 ohms. 50Hz-20KHz @-3dB, -6dB@38Hz. They were the best MS available, but it was a while ago.

They work perfectly, and the cones are un-marked, but after 17 years, and moving several times, they have got some marks. The material on the covers is ripped, so they look best with the covers off. Got original spikes in good cond.

ANY idea on a fair value would be helpful

    Thanks

I can't believe no one has any idea - I realise there are thousands of model/brand combinations, but...

some of you must have bought or sold some old speakers of simillar quality.

    Anyone care to guess: £10, £50, £100, £150, £200?

    Cheers

Good spot Steve, thank you - I had tried ebay several times - must have popped up just after I tried, as the only link I found was someone wanting them.

It's 3 goes each, winner gets a round of applause. I would guess a little more than £20, but I appreciate your guess.

Those ones on ebay are in good condition. So I'll guess they go for about £50.00 -- £100.00
